Background

Fragmin Patient is developed by Pfizer with the following objectives:

•     To help you to remember to take your medicine
•     To make it easy to register and remember your appointments with healthcare personnel during your course of treatment.
•     To continuously collect questions and notes that you wish to discuss with the doctor/nurse at the next follow up visit, to continuously collect self-selected data for how you are feeling, as well as to present it in a collected and manageable manner and in this way support a good dialogue with the healthcare personnel
•     To provide access to practical information about the use of Fragmin (Dalteparin)
